Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 20, 2026
Overview
RadRush (“the App”) is developed by Jason Chalky. This privacy policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects your information.
Information We Collect
None.
RadRush does not collect any personal information. The App has no user accounts, no sign-in, no advertising identifier use, no analytics, and no network requests of any kind.
Game Data
Best scores per mode, best Endless distance, and a single music-enabled toggle are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is not synced to any server.
What We Do NOT Collect
- No user accounts or personal identifiers
- No advertising identifier (IDFA) — the App does not show ads
- No analytics or telemetry
- No location data
- No camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, or calendar access
- No server calls of any kind
- No third-party SDKs
Third-Party Services
None. RadRush does not integrate any third-party services. All sprites, backdrops, and audio are generated procedurally on-device using Apple’s built-in frameworks (SpriteKit, UIKit, AVFoundation).
Data Retention
Local game data persists until you delete the App. We do not retain any user data on external servers because none is ever sent to any server.
Children’s Privacy
RadRush is suitable for players of all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. It does not contain advertising and does not access the network.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
