Frequently Asked Questions
The game crashes on launch
Make sure you are running iOS 17.0 or later. Try deleting and reinstalling the App. Because RadRush stores no data on any server, no account recovery is needed — but your local high scores will be reset on reinstall.
My high scores were lost
High scores are stored locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the App, scores cannot be recovered. There is no iCloud sync in this version.
How do I steer?
Put one thumb anywhere on the screen and drag it left or right to bank the car into curves. Drag the same thumb down to brake. Release to keep going. Everything runs off a single thumb — there are no virtual buttons.
What’s the difference between the modes?
- Neon Bay and Desert Drift are arcade-style timed runs. You start with 60 seconds and earn more time by hitting checkpoints. The run ends when the timer hits zero.
- Endless Runner has no timer. It generates fresh track forever and ends only when you crash. Your best distance is tracked per session.
Can I play offline?
Yes. RadRush has no network features at all. It runs identically on and off the network.
Does the app have ads or in-app purchases?
No. RadRush has no ads, no in-app purchases, and no subscriptions. It’s a single free download, and that’s the entire product.
Why is landscape required?
RadRush is designed for landscape, thumb-on-the-side play, and the UI assumes that aspect ratio. Portrait mode isn’t supported.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@jasonchalky.com with:
- Your device model and iOS version
- Which mode you were playing (Neon Bay, Desert Drift, or Endless)
- A description of what happened
- Steps to reproduce the issue
Data Deletion
RadRush stores all game data locally on your device. To delete all data associated with the App:
- Open Settings on your iOS device
- Go to General > iPhone Storage
- Find and tap RadRush
- Tap Delete App
This removes all locally stored game data including high scores and settings. No data is stored on external servers, so no additional deletion request is needed.
