Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MealMeld (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Jason Chalky grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including code, artwork, and design — is the original work of Jason Chalky and is protected by copyright law. Recipes you create within the App remain your own content.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App’s code or design without prior written permission.

User Content

Recipes, meal plans, and other content you create in MealMeld are your own. The App stores this content locally on your device. We do not access, host, or claim any rights over your content.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Nutritional information, cost estimates, and budget figures displayed in the App are estimates and should not be relied upon for medical, dietary, or financial decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare or financial professional for personalized advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jason Chalky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on nutritional or cost estimates.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
