By downloading, installing, or using Chromaplex (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Jason Chalky grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including puzzle designs, artwork, sounds, and code — is the property of Jason Chalky and is protected by copyright law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written consent
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage in leaderboards

In-App Advertising

The App contains advertisements served by Google AdMob, including rewarded ads. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept the display of ads. You may choose to watch rewarded ads for in-game benefits.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Jason Chalky makes no warranties regarding the App’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jason Chalky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
