Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RadRush (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Jason Chalky grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including track layouts, sprite artwork, palettes, audio synthesis parameters, and code — is the property of Jason Chalky and is protected by copyright law. All visual and audio assets are generated programmatically at runtime.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written consent
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage (e.g., if leaderboards are added in the future)

No Ads, No In-App Purchases

The App does not contain advertising and does not offer in-app purchases. If this ever changes in a future version, these terms will be updated before that version ships.

No Network Features

The App does not connect to any server. It does not sync, upload, or download data of any kind. Gameplay is entirely offline.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Jason Chalky makes no warranties regarding the App’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jason Chalky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
