The game crashes on launch
Make sure you are running iOS 18.0 or later. Try deleting and reinstalling the App.
My progress was lost
Game progress is stored locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the App, progress cannot be recovered. A future update may include iCloud sync.
How do I restore my in-app purchases?
In-app purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored automatically. Redownload the app and your purchases should be available. If not, contact support.
How do I disable ads?
Ads help support continued development. You can opt out of personalized ads through Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device. A future update may offer an ad-free purchase option.
How do I unlock new defense systems?
Defense systems unlock as you progress through the campaign and earn Commander XP. Complete missions and earn stars to level up your Commander rank.
How do I report a bug?
Please open a GitHub issue with:
- Your device model and iOS version
- A description of what happened
- Steps to reproduce the issue
Data Deletion
Guardian Protocol stores all game data locally on your device. To delete all data associated with the App:
- Open Settings on your iOS device
- Go to General > iPhone Storage
- Find and tap Guardian Protocol
- Tap Delete App
This removes all locally stored game data. No data is stored on external servers, so no additional deletion request is needed.
If you have used Game Center features, you can manage that data through your Apple ID settings.
